After many great years of service for my Business, rental properties and home, it all came to an end. You can credit their employee (I will not mention the kids name) and Ray who called me from Wyman saying it was my fault for scratching my toilet. I have video of this kid calling Ray telling him he just scratched it. I’m still in shock over the totally lack of customer care and the boldness of the management to accuse a very long time customer of lying over something my cleaning people fixed after 5 minutes of scrubbing. I could go on and on but I hope this helps you to NEVER use them. Proverbs 21:6

We've used Wyman many times. Erik is a badass.. replaced water heater, garbage disposal, tough leak repairs, water main shut off, house bib, etc. He's super nice helpful and makes the process easy every time. Anthony did a 5 star plus job in diagnosing and repairing a leak from the shower in our upstairs bath. Professional, clean, communicative, and fast in replacing the 20 year old shower valve. Would definitely call them again.

Yesterday we woke up to water on floor in garage due to water heater issue (heater was 14yrs old). Called Wyman and Erik was on the case for a 4:30 PM appointment! Erik has done work before on our house - he is top notch! His customer service, knowledge, experience and execution of doing things right is 2nd to none! Erik was very connected communication wise throughout the day and by 7:00 pm the same day we had hot water for showers! Wyman has been our plumbing service for years…best in the business and Erik is truly the total package when it comes to quality of work and customer service in a timely manner!
