Walmart Supercenter

One of if not the worst Walmart locations to shop at, things are never stocked the correct way, lines are never open leaving customers waiting in long lines for self check out or for the very few lines that are open which are 2-3 on a good day. Wednesday 6/03/2026 I come in to get a money order and money services were closed EARLY for no reason, meanwhile online it states that money services closes at 10pm I've provided screenshots below showing what it says online, If Walmart has changed opening and closing times then it MUST be updated online alongside the in store times that are listed, mind nowhere does it say that they close at 8pm, I've been coming to get my money orders here for almost 4 years now and never once has it closed before 10pm. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to go and spend more on my money order somewhere else when the most convenient option for me is no longer the best option after 3 years of consistency..

Always liked this walmart better than the other ones. Maybe its the other stores nearby that also help the vibe or just the overall area. Been coming here since I was a kid. Never really had issues, if I was to return something within the 90 days period it's pretty easy. If I ever needed help the workers were willing to help. I don't shop here as much as I did compared to previous years because I shop on amazon more often now but glad to know they're in my back pocket incase I needed something immediately or couldn't find it online.

Update: The BBB and Attorney General's Office made Walmart (Teresina) give me a refund. I received a refund,the Executive Office also gave me a gift card. I did ask for an apology from the GM. Teresa didn’t seem thrilled or genuine at all with her apology. I guess it was due to her obligation and was probably out of character to give an apology. But that's alright, I reveiced my $ back, exchanged the air mattress, and got a free gift card! So I landed on top! Teresina the store manager never responded or handled an issue due to her negligence as a store manager. Hence the reason her store is ran so poorly. Clearly policies only apply to customers and policies do not apply to staff or Walmart Stores. Reported the store to the BBB and Arizona’s Attorney General's Office. Don't let this store or manager take advantage. Please report them.

The guy at the entrance did not allow me to go in with my backpack. He was rude. Told me to leave my backpack with my laptop inside "somewhere outside Walmart". Never seen this anywhere else. Walmart or any other store. Zero points Walmart.

Maybe I just expect too much. But I certainly think this pizza needs more chicken and bacon. Could only be more disappointed if there was literally no toppings. Do better.
