I’ve had consistently good experiences at Walgreens. The store is usually well-organized, and it’s easy to find everyday essentials, prescriptions, and health products in one place. The pharmacy staff has been helpful and professional whenever I’ve had questions about medications or refills. What I also appreciate is the convenience—there are often multiple locations nearby, and most visits are quick and efficient. Even during busy times, the staff does a good job of keeping things moving. Overall, it’s a reliable option for both pharmacy needs and general shopping.

This place consistently fails to refill my prescriptions on time or to advise when there is a delay. At times they do no refill until I personally go in to the store and ask why it’s taken them so long, then sometimes they will refill it in person while I wait. Walgreens makes you download an app to manage prescriptions, but the app doesn’t work, and this shop will not answer their phones without forcing you through multiple phone trees and making you wait. Also, they apparently don’t receive prescriptions over the weekend…? One of their pharmacists told me this but it seems too dumb to believe. This Walgreens plays recklessly with people’s health.

Very disappointed: Nicole is an awful example of a store manager. Pharmacy should answer the phone its very helpful for those picking up prescriptions. If I could give zero, I would there is No excuse for the behavior I witnessed. Disgraceful and I hope the customer they tried so hard to humiliate file a compliment. Unacceptable behavior.

Constance who's absolutely super helpful she was so kind and very patient. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain on how to chime deposit works. Just such a friendly awesome person

The 7th St & McDowell pharmacy is one of the best Walgreen locations. There's always the potential glitch with any pharmacy, but 9/10x these folks are great. One of their pharmacists has gone above and beyond helping with a couple of my prescriptions when there's been stock issues. I really appreciate that and that the staff have taken time to get to know names and faces of customers with a lot of medical issues. It means a lot to us customers when when they are kind and considerate.
