Coreen at Home Depot was absolutely outstanding! She helped us with a large order of plumbing and electrical materials and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping her customers. She answered every question with confidence, made great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. Coreen’s positive attitude, attention to detail, and expertise made a huge difference, and she turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a great experience. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like her on the team. We truly appreciate all of her help and look forward to working with her again. Highly recommend asking for Coreen if you need assistance!

I had a great experience at this location, which is not always the case. I had 10 50lbs of sand and without asking if I needed help- pushed the flat bed to other areas of the store to add to it. Amiel even pushed that heavy flat bed to check out and help load my truck vs waiting or asking for help. I am so grateful. 10 stars! Someone who is aware.

I came to this location for the first time today with a weird request for assistance. I have a Pilates reformer at home and one of the resistance bands broke and I knew how to fix it, but I couldn’t get it back together properly. The first person I saw was Lizzie and she spent the next HOUR repairing it with me!!! Lizzie is patient and kind but mostly she’s determined. I really struggle with depression at times and my ability to work out is essential to my well being. Lizzie was really generous with her time, skills and tools. She is EXACTLY the type of person that should be in a client facing position. She is so impressive! I honestly feel like Home Depot needs to give her a raise or a bonus for being a badass. I have put off asking for help with that project because I don’t like working or talking to men. Having a Hone Depot location that has a bunch of female employees is my kind of place. Two other women came over while Lizzie was working to weigh in and lend their advice as well. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had in a Home Depot guys.

Went 2/20/2026 at approximately 1:50pm, looking for wooden crates to build a lemonade stand. Asked a group of employees that were in a huddle discussing out of work issues. Mercedes pointed where we could go and stated most of the things we were looking for was not in stock or limited. She could not have the decency to leave her conversation. We are not experts in construction so having help was imperative. Nadia, Joe and Bill were so polite and helpful. Nadia helped us with the crates and Joe walked us around to find the perfect wood we needed!

The paint customer service rep couldn’t offer help unless you knew the exact name of the paint you’re looking for. Last I checked, they’re supposed to help you learn and understand the color supply to help assist on choosing a paint color. Stop hiring people with zero understanding and expertise. We ended up going to ACE Hardware instead.
