Visited the fragrance department tonight looking for a new perfume. 2 employees were great, unfortunately I didn't get their names. Pairi, however, was the opposite of what I would expect from a customer facing employee at Nordstrom. If the attitude I got from her tonight is consistent daily, I'm shocked that it's permitted. I walked up to Pairi and a male employee, explaining that I noticed there wasn't a box behind one of the perfumes I was interested in and I began to ask if they had it in stock in the back when Pairi cut me off (which is rude in and of itself) and asked "Which one?" with the most rude and impatient tone I have heard from any employee at this mall. I think the workers in the food court present themselves to their customers in a more appropriate and respectful manner than Pairi. I was taken aback. The male employee quickly took over the interaction and Pairi took off somewhere else. He explained earlier that day someone had been looking for the perfume I was asking about and that they were out of stock but had it online, I thanked him and that was it. As someone who has had several customer and client facing jobs over the years, the tone that Pairi addressed me with was not one that I would ever use toward someone who was in the middle of asking a simple question, even if I already knew what was coming. I would expect that an older woman like Pairi would know how to conduct herself in a customer service position, especially somewhere like Nordstrom, but I guess not.

Found a great men’s necklace from David Yurman here at a good price. Easy transaction and helpful employees. Great experience.

Great overall store for retail therapy, 🛍️ 💳 with a beautiful, well-organized layout and a strong selection of high-end brands. The shoe 👠 department is especially impressive, with a wide range of designer styles, and the handbag 👜 sections feature standout pieces from brands like Bottega Veneta and Christian Louboutin. The store feels polished yet comfortable, making it easy to browse and explore without feeling rushed. A reliable destination when you’re looking for quality, variety, and a more elevated shopping experience in a space that feels refined, spacious, and thoughtfully designed.

Tony at Nordstrom provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I originally came in to buy cologne, but I also had some returns I needed to make. I jokingly said, “Wish me luck,” because I’ve been having a rough time with returns lately. Without hesitation, Tony took it upon himself to handle everything. He didn’t have to. He could have easily pointed me to someone else and gone about his day, but instead he made sure I was completely taken care of. What stood out most was that he wasn’t doing it because I asked or because he expected anything in return. He simply saw an opportunity to help and went the extra mile. He turned what I expected to be an uncomfortable experience into one that was easy and stress-free. Employees like Tony are the reason people come back. Thank you for treating me like I genuinely mattered. Nordstrom is lucky to have someone who cares that much about the customer experience.

I had such a fantastic experience with Anthony S. in the Women’s Shoes department this past Saturday! I originally came in planning to buy just one pair of Birkenstocks that had been sitting on the rack tempting me every time I visited the store. I finally decided it was time to get them. Anthony offered to help, and I’m so glad he did. He made thoughtful recommendations based on what I liked and encouraged me to try on styles I never would have picked out myself. I ended up leaving with several pairs of shoes that I absolutely love, all because of his knowledge and great suggestions. What impressed me even more was that it was Anniversary Sale weekend, and the store was incredibly busy. Despite the crowds, Anthony was patient, attentive, and never made me feel rushed, even though I tried on A LOT of shoes! He provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Anthony, for making what was supposed to be a quick purchase such a fun and successful shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back because of the outstanding service you provided!
