Wow, one of the coolest coffee shops I’ve ever been to. So much thoughtfulness in the drinks and atmosphere. The owner is incredibly passionate, welcoming and kind. Can’t forget, the creative drinks happen to also taste amazing!!

All reviewsHands down the coolest cafe & concept ever. The owner is sooo knowledgeable & sweet. She’s travelled all around the world 🌍 & makes drinks based on them, adding cute flags & toppings to each drink based on the background - HOW THOUGHTFUL!!! This cafe is also nestled inside a little gift shop & art gallery to top it off. Loved coming here! — With love from Canada 🇨🇦
Such a cute cafe. Came from Prescott and the lady working was so nice. Sadly I forgot her name but she’s traveled and has her own touch to the coffee that makes it sooo good I don’t know how to explain without you trying her coffee!! And it’s such a cute art gallery. It’s way bigger then you’d think inside
Maleta cafe is a breath of fresh air amid cut and paste coffee chains scattered throughout downtown Phoenix. Located inside the Arizona Latino Arts & Culture Center, Maleta is a vibrant welcoming space inside an art gallery. There is ample seating if you want to stay awhile and a number of coffee, tea, and desserts worth trying. Maria, the cafe owner, is warm and has a wealth of knowledge about Phoenix food + culture she’ll share with you if you need recommendations. The concept of the cafe is travel, with food and beverages inspired by places Maria has visited. I tried both the Tainan and Perth seasonal drinks, which were excellent! Will be returning to try the full menu.
The service was fast and straightforward. I ordered a hot americano and a pasty. The coffee was strong and the bread had a nice buttery flavor. Everything was packaged neatly for carrying. I would happily stop here again. I really really lovee it. Will probably comeback heree with friends!! Thanks Maleta Cafe!
