DICK'S Sporting Goods

Be very careful with the store. They are not honest. I was looking forward to adding a new store to my collection to help me shop for things that I like. When I went to Dick’s Sporting Goods, I figured it was a big store so I could have the ability to find a wide inventory. So clicked on the link at the bottom of the page which advertised - GET 20% off - “Download Now” - when I clicked it took me to the app which I downloaded. When I was in made an account and there was no 20% off coupon. Also no email was sent with the 20% off coupon. When I opened a chat the person asked me for a screen shot of the add. When I went back to the website- the 20% off was still there but no longer associated with the app download probably because they knew I now had the app. This store is shady! I was super surprised. I have decided not to shop here! I recommend you do the same. Amazon is more trustworthy with better customer service - hope that lasts.

Called to ask on availability of a specific basketball, and to hold it as I would be placing the order online shortly. Placed the order. Then an hour later they canceled my order. Called back and they said they were confused and accidentally canceled it because they thought the ball was being held for someone else. I told them OK to hold the ball at the front and I would just come in tomorrow to pick it up. Just showed up and they put it back on the shelf. There was only one of this specific ball that I needed today for a production. If that would have gotten sold I would have cumulatively wasted 2+ hours of my time including travel. Learn how to employ competent employees that know how to think through a simple task from start to finish. Won’t be back.

Small for a Dicks but well supplied abd clean. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. One staff member handed a 20 percent off on our purchase that was greatly appreciated. Will be back!!

Fairly run of the mill Dick’s with all the essentials: Baseball, softball, basketball, tennis, pickleball, lacrosse, clothing, shoes, bikes and more. Seemed well stocked.

I would not plan on buying anything from here and paying to have it delivered and installed. I walked into this store 10 days ago and still have not received my item. They use a company called AIT, who is terrible. Your Shipment Status - 10 days . Not a peep.
