This is a very large store here in the Pearland area. They had many different products that other stores would have, and I was surprised with how well everything was kept in stock. The staff knew the area well and where most of the products were moved to. As I was there for a few weeks, there were many different floor changes, and they all seemed to be on point with where things got moved or were able to easily find the items customers were looking for. Every time I walked by, the demo people always seemed to have samples out already or just mentioned they'd be out in a few moments, and they were. All of the demos seemed to be fully stocked and had a nice variety for customers as well.

On 06/16, I had a very negative experience with Chris, a woman with short blonde hair working in the self-checkout area. While purchasing a large cat tree, I politely waited until she finished assisting another customer and then asked for help scanning the item. Instead of acknowledging me, she looked at me with what appeared to be disgust and then turned her back without saying anything. Because I received no assistance, I attempted to lift the large box myself to scan it. In doing so, I strained my back and nearly damaged the glass scanner due to the size and weight of the item. When the cat tree accidentally scanned twice, my spouse asked Chris for assistance again. She approached and immediately told me to “back up” in a rude and dismissive tone. I explained that I felt she had been rude from the beginning and pointed out that when I initially asked for help, she had simply turned her back on me rather than assisting or responding. Her response was, “Do you want a manager?” I replied that I knew where the managers were. She then quickly walked away and went to the service desk where several managers were standing. I understand that customer service can be challenging, but I found Chris’s behavior unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessarily hostile. Customers should be treated with courtesy and basic respect, especially when requesting assistance with large and difficult-to-handle merchandise. I hope management addresses this situation and reviews the level of customer service being provided in the self-checkout area.

Wonderful employees!! Two of my vodka bottles slammed into each other and JORDAN (the cart guy) saved the day. I was at my car and Jordan appeared at the perfect moment. He said let’s get you another one and apologized TO ME (not necessary, but very kind) Steve in the red shirt (gave manager vibes) helped out immediately as well. Them two deserve raises! Jordan even remembered that I said my birthday was tomorrow and wished me a happy birthday. Seamless process. Small gestures make an impact more than you know!

Firstly, do y'all not even have AC in your store? Its so darn hot in your store it aggravated my heart issues and I could barely shop. Second, your cashier decided to argue with me because I brought my daughter (who resides in the same home as me) with me who wanted a few things as well and instead of trying to guess her total, she decided to pay herself. I was publicly shamed and repeatedly told you cant transfer pay after we already paid for her items. She is my underage daughter, living in the same household. I pay WAY too much for my executive membership to be treated in such a manor all because my daughter wanted to pay for her own items for the same house we pay the membership for. I 100% will never return to this location. Do better people.

I sometimes just visit to order food from the in-store restaurant. The whole pizza & prize is worth the drive. The selection of sundaes & entrées are awesome. I didn't know I could phone in my order. A membership is required to enter/shop the store. Well worth it I must say
