Our first time at Brunch Snob and we loved it! We started with the chicken fried bacon, which sounded too ridiculous not to try, and it was absolutely delicious. And that sausage gravy was to die for! I had the smoked brisket Benedict and my boyfriend had the Cowboy Bowl, and both were excellent. The portions are generous, everything was full of flavor, and the brisket was especially good. Service was great too, friendly and attentive without making us feel rushed. Refills were super fast and we never even had to ask for them, which we really appreciated. Bathrooms were clean too. There were so many things on the menu we wanted to try that we already know we’ll be back. And next time, that Big Ass Cinnamon Roll French Toast is happening! ☺️

This was my first time coming to Brunch Snob. I came with my aunt and cousin. We had to park fairly far as it is in a plaza with other businesses but we found spots pretty quick. I did join the waitlist before I arrived and still had to wait a while but luckily, the bar opened up! Once we sat down, the service was quick and food was great!! I ordered the Birria tacos which were amazing. I’d absolutely order it again. My aunt got the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes which was delicious and not too sweet. We also had an order of the Chicken Fried Bacon- also good but needs that gravy. Lastly, I got a mimosa flight which had decent flavors and slightly strong. Overall, I understand why it gets so packed! They could benefit from a bigger building but the aesthetic is cute and it’s a cute place to bring friends or family who visit from out of town!

Fun atmosphere! Great music! Huge servings! Great food! Awesome customer service! The crispy thigh, house potatoes , eggs, and the waffle with jalapenos were amazing. They have fun names on the chairs. Great place for brunch and plenty of space for large parties.

We were sat right away. The server was attentive and our orders were correct. The French toast sticks were crispy yet soft, buttery, sweet and perfect. I got the mimosa flight and I wished I had just got plain mimosa. The flight wasn't labeled but there was a lemon type flavor (?) that was awful. The pineapple and cranberry were okay and the regular orange was classic. It wasn't all watered down either: I was feeling flirty as I was leaving. The restroom made me laugh. Great atmosphere. Should definitely stop here.

Mia is the waitress she knows me better than I know myself. Has the biggest smile in the place at all times. She always knows how I like my michiladas and I got the steak fajitas omelette toady. I try to get some different each time I come here. My favorite breakfast spot!!
